Murimi Karani

Murimi Karani is a lawyer attached to the East Africa Centre for Law and Justice, a community leader, political commentator and youth advocate named to the Kenya Youth Professionals, The Inter-Religious Council of Kenya, The Christian Institute for Governance, Onestop Youth Information and Resource centres among many others. His work ranges from human rights activism, public interest lobbying, legal aid and consultancy, policy formulation and civic education.

Robbin is renowned to have participated extensively in the 2016 IEBC restructuring, the 2018 elections as a head of an observer mission, the national youth policy, cases on Female Genital Mutilation, abortion, early marriages and county development plans. He earned a Bachelor’s of Laws (Honours) degree from Kabarak University in 2016.
